2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using this website and placing an order, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

MuranoAtelier specializes in the artisanal production of Murano glass crafted using traditional Venetian techniques. All products are:

  • Entirely handmade
  • Made-to-order
  • Unique pieces or limited editions

Due to the artisanal nature of our products, slight variations in shape, color, and size compared to images should be considered distinctive characteristics and not defects.

4. ORDERS AND PRODUCTION TIME

Production time: 25 business days from order confirmation.

Total delivery time includes:

  • 25 days of artisanal crafting
  • Shipping time varying by destination

You will receive order confirmation via email and updates on production progress.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

  • All prices are expressed in Euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable
  • Prices may change without notice
  • The price applied is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation

6. SHIPPING

MuranoAtelier ships to:

  • European Union (EU) countries
  • Non-EU countries

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions. For non-EU shipments, any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Each product is professionally packaged to ensure maximum protection during transport.

7. RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY

IMPORTANT: As all products are made-to-order according to specific requirements, the right of withdrawal and the possibility of return are not provided, pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter c) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), which excludes the right of withdrawal for "the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized."

Exceptions:

  • Defective products or damaged during transport: contact us within 48 hours of receipt
  • Production errors attributable to MuranoAtelier: free replacement

8. WARRANTIES

MuranoAtelier guarantees that all Murano glass products are:

  • Dishwasher safe (following the provided usage instructions)
  • Light resistant (will not fade or lose color)
  • Moisture resistant

The warranty covers material and workmanship defects for 24 months from the delivery date, in accordance with Italian and European regulations.

The warranty DOES NOT cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use, drops, or impacts
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow usage instructions

9. B2B SALES

Dedicated commercial terms are available for business customers, hospitality, contract, and retailers.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content (images, texts, logos, designs) is the exclusive property of MuranoAtelier and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MuranoAtelier is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays caused by carriers or customs
  • Damage during transport (covered by carrier insurance)
  • Improper use of products

12. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, compliant with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). Please refer to the Privacy Policy for complete information.

13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.

For disputes with consumers residing in Italy, the Court of the consumer's place of residence has jurisdiction.

For disputes with business or international customers, the Court of Pisa, Italy, has exclusive jurisdiction.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes, consumers may contact alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies or the European ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

15. CHANGES TO TERMS

MuranoAtelier reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an indication of the update date.
