OVERVIEW

At MuranoAtelier, we handle each shipment personally to ensure your handcrafted Murano glass arrives safely. Every order receives individual attention and custom packaging tailored to the specific piece.

PROCESSING TIME

Production: 25 business days from order confirmation

All our products are made-to-order and handcrafted using traditional Venetian glassmaking techniques. The 25-day production period ensures each piece meets our quality standards.

You will receive email updates on your order's progress during production.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship worldwide:

  • European Union (EU) countries
  • Non-EU international destinations

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order based on:

  • Destination country
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Specific packaging requirements for fragile glass items

The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

DELIVERY TIME

Total delivery time = Production time (25 days) + Shipping time

Estimated shipping times after production:

  • Italy: 2-4 business days
  • EU countries: 5-10 business days
  • Non-EU countries: 10-20 business days (may vary based on customs clearance)

Please note that these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs procedures or carrier delays.

PACKAGING

Each piece is:

  • Individually wrapped with protective materials
  • Packed in custom boxes designed for fragile glass items
  • Secured to prevent movement during transport
  • Labeled as "FRAGILE - HANDLE WITH CARE"

We take every precaution to ensure your Murano glass arrives in perfect condition.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information

You can track your package throughout its journey to your destination.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES (NON-EU ORDERS)

For shipments outside the European Union:

  • Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
  • These fees are determined by your country's customs authority
  • They are not included in our product or shipping prices
  • You may be contacted by the carrier or customs for payment before delivery

We recommend checking your country's import regulations and potential duties before placing an order.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit. In the rare event of damage, please see our "Damaged or Lost Packages" section below.

DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

  • A signature may be required upon delivery due to the value and fragility of the items
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package
  • If you will not be available, you may arrange delivery to an alternative address at checkout

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Do not discard the packaging
  2. Take photos of the box, packaging materials, and damaged item
  3. Contact us immediately at cinzia.gambini2@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
  4. We will work with the carrier to file an insurance claim and arrange a replacement

If your package is lost in transit:

  • Contact us at cinzia.gambini2@gmail.com
  • We will investigate with the carrier
  • If confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or full refund

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Once production begins, we cannot modify shipping addresses or order details. Please ensure all information is correct before confirming your order.

If you need to change your shipping address after ordering but before production starts, contact us immediately at cinzia.gambini2@gmail.com

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we may be unable to ship to certain remote locations or countries with import restrictions on glass products.

If we cannot ship to your location, we will contact you before processing your order.
